A long 10mm spanner size nut & bolt threaded all the way. Wind the nut all the way onto the bolt. Put a washer on (Yes after the nut). Slide a 10mm – ish socket (1/4 drive is best) onto bolt against washer. Now wind the bolt into the pin which is inturnally threaded. Now wind the nut down & this will pull the pin out & into hollow part of socket.
