Can a jeep Head Light be burned out?
If you haven’t first verified the high beam filaments are good I suggest you do that before you go looking for trouble you may not find, just because both filaments are burned out. Agree w/ @Cougar above, the first thing is to check to see if the high beam filaments are burned out.
