Can a 6 bolt axle be replaced in a VW?
I noticed the boot of the inner CV joint on the driver side front it completely torn. I’ve watched some videos of replacement procedures but they were all for the 6 bolt flanged axle. I felt comfortable and confident in doing the repair myself with the flanged mount axle.
