7 gallons seems awfully low….. Hoods (379, W9, Classic) hold 12 gallons with a 3 row radiator. My T600 with a 3 row held 10 gallons max.

Is the 6nz cat a good truck engine?
Honestly it’s the last good engine CAT produced before the turd MBN and fuel hogging ACERT. It can easily be tuned to pit out good hp while maintaining high mpg if driven right. Also it has been known to go well over 1 million+ miles before needing overhauled but again only if it’s properly maintained and serviced.
