smonahan, The rear wiper fuse is actually a circuit breaker. It will reset itself. Your wiper arm has probably stripped were it attaches to the motor shaft. You can check by trying to move the wiper arm with your hand, if it moves back and forth, its stripped. A new wiper arm will be needed. Try it and let me know.
