Why is my kia sportage losing power?

The lose of power is solved by tuning the car on and off again. However the stutter is always there. Kia have replaced the actuator switch on the engine as it came up as a fault a few weeks ago. This did nothing at all for the problem. The garage i had the remap done at read the same code a week before as the throttle position sensor.

I have a 2008 black 4WD 2.0 CRDI 16V . It has 80,500 miles on it and love this car.I had my kia remapped and had the EGR and DPF removed at 72,000. I know from a long line of diesel cars that these 2 parts are of no use to the car what so ever.
