Why is my immobilizer light blinking on and off?
The work was all covered by warranty thank God, as Steele Mazda didn’t even have to touch anything since the immobilizer was broken by a third party. The bad cable is a know issue as it was the first thing to tow truck driver checked when he showed up. So if it happens again I would take it to the dealer and have them look at that starter cable.
Why are the blinking lights on my Mazda3 not working?
It has enough charge to keep those blinking light and radio on but not enough for everything. The blinking lights will still work, the radio and such will still work. As you noticed once you turned on the headlight with the radio on, it turned off. Sure sign of battery issue.
