Why is my 2008 Honda Accord not accelerating?
If it’s revving and running normally but not accelerating the car, it sounds like a clutch or tq convertor/auto tranny issue. If it’s running bad and misfiring and not revving normally then possibly a clogged/bad cat convertor, bad coil packs/plugs fuel filter etc.

2008 Honda Accord. nothing but trouble from the get go, transmission. brakes, oil flow to the engine. (new block required thru Honda after proof of how much oil it was losing. Now flashing lights loss of power down to a speed of 15-30 mph, nice on a busy highway. If this car isn’t a lemon I can’t imagine what would be considered a lemon.

My car is an Honda Accord 94 and what happens to it is that if it is cold and I start the engine, revolutions are around 1500 per minute and won’t fall. But after a minute more or less, they start to raise and fall continuously. I’ve cleaned the Idle Air Control Valve but nothing changed. Any ideas of the cause?
