My 2011 jku has similar issues. ABS,downhill assist and trac control lights come on at random time and go off a few secs later. My mechanic said it’s my wheel speed indicator on my right front wheel.

Might not hurt to have a quick look at yours. The wheel speed sensors won’t throw an OBD code, so it won’t show up on a standard code reader. Go to AutoZone and ask for their loaner program code reader (NOT THE STORE READER). The loaner does ABS codes.
