Btw, I checked each door jam’s little arm and button and tried pushing them in while the door was open but the light on the dash still stayed on. Took vehicle to Nissan dealership, they looked at driver door and noticed dents on door frame where the door contacts the activator switch, dents were caused by closing door on seatbelt, we filled dented area in with tape and it corrected the problem immediately…. maybe this could be your problem also……..
