Why are the headlights on my Toyota Avalon not working?
The contact owns a 2009 Toyota Avalon. While driving, both the driver and passenger side headlights suddenly shut off. Upon inspection, the contact discovered that both light bulbs had shattered inside the head lamp housing. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the failure was due to a defective head lamp housing.
