Why are my turn signals not working on my Harley Davidson?
Changes in temperature, moisture and dust are some of the factors that can cause this to happen. Our bikes need some attention after spending a lonely cold winter in the garage.
Why is my hazard light not working on my Harley?
Check the hazard light box and make sure all signal wires are attached. Check the flasher for functionality (turn signal relay). The wiring for the turn signal lights goes through the turn signal switch. This means that the turn signal switch may be bad. If only one light (or one side) isn’t working, check the power to the bulb plug-in connections.
Why is my left turn signal not flashing?
When it’s not working, there is no signal front & rear and no signal indicator either. When working, both markers function properly as does the indicator. With new bulbs installed and sockets cleaned, I’ve narrowed the problem down to either the left turn signal switch or the turn signal module.
Is it illegal to not have a turn signal on a bike?
It’s not a showstopper because you can still ride. But turn signals are an essential part of bike safety. Hand signals are fine during the day, yet are hard to see at night. A broken signal light is illegal in many states. So, don’t let this problem persist. Get those signals fixed as soon as you can.
Why are the turn signals on my Harley Davidson not working?
I’m not getting any power to the right side turn signals, the green arrow on the dash don’t light up on right, and turn signals are very dim and slow on left side. Wiring seems to check out, fuses ok.
Why is the gear indicator not working on my Harley?
1,) The gear indicator is designed to not display with the clutch engaged while underway during normal operation. So, the ECU needs to know the clutch status in order to do this. 2.) The ignition is designed not to start while the bike is in gear and the clutch is disengaged.

(you’ve just bypassed the TSM) Next.. connect a jumper from (Lt in)pin to (Lt out) pin & press the Left turn signal switch.
