I’d suggest the following statement: “Please let us know whether you are still facing the issue.” (edited.) Using ‘still’ instead of ‘till now’ is what I would suggest as a correction. no.. when it comes to the spoken English.. we are supposed to pronounce it like.-” please let us know, if you are still facing the issue.”
