Use a q-tip to lube the inside of both of the small cylinders and boots as well as a thin film on the two guide bolts. Screw the two guide bolts by hand into the piston side of the caliper and gently push the other side onto the two guide bolts until the two boots “pop” onto the raised ridge of the bolts next to the other caliper half.
