What happens when you run out of power in a Kia?
The car was still running but the revs went down to idling speed and I was able to push the accelerator all the way in and nothing happened. There were no noises or other symptoms.
Why did the mode test on my Kia fail?
The mode $06 test that failed said something about the O2 sensor lean time being too high. The dealer may be having issues solving the problem, but that’s what they have tech lines for. I wouldn’t even bother trying to solve this.

Run the gas tank down to 1/4 or less and then put in two cans of Castle Brand Isopropyl Alcohol “Double Dry ” dry Gas. b.) On top of that dry gas put in a full tank of Sunoco 94 octane or similar fuel
