When should I upgrade to th 8?
I recommend maxing out town hall 7 before moving on to town hall 8. For the barbarian king, I think your just going to have to attack high level players in clan wars (and win to get the bonus loot). That is a good way to get dark elixir. Raiding in general helps but you will need to raid alot.
