My Sante Fe makes that bouncing clunking noise during normal driving and while going over uneven roads and/or bumps. But it doesn’t do it all the time. The dealership replaced the front ball joints. A week after they did that, it started making a whining sound. Again, it doesn’t do it all the time, mostly when it is cold.
