When did I buy a new Honda CRV?
Hello CR-V forum. I just bought a 2020 Honda CR-V Hybrid Touring today. I’ve been looking around at different cars and decided on this one. We are passing down the ‘06 Pilot to my son and are looking forward to driving the new car.
Is the 2014 Honda CRV a good car?
I am more than pleased with the 2014 CRV. Comfort front and rear, good interior noise control & room, great ride, features,great gas mileage. In the first 1500 miles, the worst was (real) 24mpg with mostly town miles & best (real)33mpg highway with AC and packed full. I have no complaints!
How much does it cost for extended warranty on Honda CRV?
I paid $2,800, extending coverage for the bumper-to-bumper items by an extra 4 years to 7 years total. So I guess it’s two questions. Is that a good price (I could not get it any cheaper at that dealership), and is it needed?
What kind of mpg does Honda CRV get?
I prefer the CRVs camera even though the screen is much smaller. MPG has been as high as 33 on a road trip from NYC to North Carolina and I’ve seen as low as 20 in a NYC winter. Overall the CRV is averaging 22mpg commuting from Staten Island to Brooklyn in traffic almost every day.
When did I Buy my 2001 Honda CRV?

When did the Honda CRV se come out?
I had a 2001 Honda Cr-V SE and it was the most dependable vehicle I have ever had. I got it in 2006 with 60,000 miles and drove it until 2011 with 185,000 miles. I never had any mechanical problems with the CR-V. Only wear and tear and routine maintenance.
Are there any problems with the Honda CRV?
Owners were NOT notified of this issue, there WAS a bulletin A03-038 issued to garages, it WAS Preventable, but Repairs for this known problem were at owner’s expense ($2K+). HONDA’S reputation has suffered – I’m disappointed, not in CR-V, but in their management.
