What to do if your Outlander wont start?
Checked for Engine errors , all clear (you can find that procedure in the forum : set to engine hours, keep speedo button pressed while toggling the headlights high-low-high low etc) Well at this point …there was nothing left to check besides the pressure, at least to my knowledge which is limited.
What’s the problem with my Outlander 650 engine?
Havent checked in for years but just wanted to document a few steps which I went through during the past 2 days to solve my issue with my outty max 2007 650 that had the engine turn but wouldnt fire up.
Is the fuel pump still working on my Outlander?
Changed fuel pump, has spark and good compression. Tried a gravity feed trick and still couldnt get it to fire off. But it does try to crank when i spray starter fluid. With pump connected and fuel hose off, it should still pump fuel, correct ?
Are there any issues with the Outlander MAX?
I have a 2017 can am 570 outlander max that is having issues with the powersteering going out and the speedo quits working. anyone else having or heard of these issues? everything else on the display cluster is working and I hear no noises as far as the powersteering unit, the dealer did… Changed fuel pump, has spark and good compression.
