This will obviously have to be completed after you have changed the fluid. First you will drain the fluid in the transmission that is collected in the pan using the rear most drain plug, I believe it’s a 12mm.

Clearly 100000 was too long of an interval for trans flushing and they were ruining transmissions. I would like to do it every 30000 like normal. Does anyone have experience changing their tranny fluid before 100000 miles and then having issues. Any advice would be great. I had mine done around 75k.
Do you have to completely drain and fill ATF cooler?
For instance, when the drain plug is removed the only fluid drained is that in the pan. This is only meant to replenish/refresh the system, not totally drain and refill it. A flush machine is required to completely drain and fill, or you must remove the return line from your cooler and drain, refill 2-3 quarts at a time.
