How do you line up a crank pulley?
Put the sprocket on, with the key in place, then put the guide plate on. Then slide on your crank pulley and make sure it goes on until it bottoms out on the guide plate. It shouldn’t be bottoming out on the key. With the sprocket and key in place, make 100% sure you line up everything properly or you’ll need new valves when you’re done.
