Even though it is listed as compatible by Microsoft. My work around is to charge the I pod shuffle with an I phone charger. I Tunes then syncs normally connected via the usb port. I have also tried reinstalling I Tunes and drivers but no success. Hopefully Apple and Microsoft can come up with a fix soon.
