Is there a code for the X type radio?
Hope this helps anyone who has forgotten their code for their x type sound system. It may work on s type as well but I don’t know anyone who has got one to try. Contacted Hartwell in Shrewsbury for the code for my radio as I was disconnecting the battery to change the water pump (another story).

Jaguar OEM bluetooth didn’t start till 55 plate 06MY. Unless retrofitted. Yours being a 54 plate, 99% chance you haven’t got bluetooth. I managed to add Jaguar OEM bluetooth and voice to my car for £150 all in, can be done.
