Do you need to change light bulbs on Clio?
It is essential to use anti-U.V. 55W bulbs so as not to damage the plastic on the headlights. Do not touch the bulb glass. Hold it by its base. When the bulb has been changed, make sure you refit the cover correctly. The bulbs are under pressure and can break when replaced.
Where is fuse 12 on Clio III dipped headlights?
You should find another fuseboard under the bonnet. Fuse 12 = Headlights left, headlights relay,, this could be hidden, but it will be by the fusebox you have found.. ( Close to it, covered with a black cover ) I could only source a relay from eBay for the one like on your arrow picture.
