Set up DuckDNS

  1. In pfSense Go to Services -> Dynamic DNS -> Dynamic DNS Clients and click Add.
  2. Click Save.
  3. Select Edit on tne same Dynamic DNS Clients record and select Save & Force Update. “Cached IP” Should now be your public WAN IP.

How do you install DuckDNS?

  1. Log into your router and go to NAT/Gaming or IP Forwarding or Whatever it might be called.
  2. Find your public IP Address and connect to it on port 8123.
  3. Go to www.duckdns.org and login using your choice of methods at the top.

How to Setup Dynamic DNS on pfSense?
