What causes the stator on a Suzuki C90T to short out?
From what I gather part of the issue is possibly R/R overheating which at some point causes the stator to overheat, melting the insulation and shorting out. Possible fix is to relocate the R/R to the front of the battery box thus allowing it to be cooled more efficiently.
What causes the handle bar on a C90T to shake?
FOR A 2006 SUZUKI BOULEVARD C90T (VL1500T). ON DECELERATION BETWEEN 40-35 MPH, THE HANDLE BAR CONSISTENTLY SHAKES VIOLENTLY FROM SIDE TO SIDE. APPEARS TO BE FAILURE OF OEM BALL BEARINGS. NEEDS NEW TAPERED ROLLER BEARINGS TO CURE THIS DANGEROUS CONDITION.

AFTER THE USE OF ONE SET OF BRAKE PADS THE DISK IS ABOUT TOO FALL APART I DISCOVERED THIS WHILE CLEANNING MY CYCLE. IF IT HAD GONE UNNOTICED AND FAILED IT COULD HAVE RESULTED IN SERIOUS INJUREY OR DEATH, I HOPE SOME ONE DOES’NT HAVE TO DIE BEFORE THIS IS LOOKED AT.
