I thought the tranny was sealed. He said that it is “sealed” and the fluid is “lifetime” but lifetime to him means 100K.

When do you change transmission fluid in a Lexus IS250?

My Manual states the automatic transmission fluid is changed at 60.000km or 40,000 miles. The techdocs sheet shows a drain plug, fill plug and level plug which has a stack pipe in sump .The amount is 1.5 Litres of Toyota ATF type WS. Hope this clarifies this . You would need a means of pumping the fluid in as its up the side of the unit.
