“Just bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee 4.7 V8 Limited…” I wanted a 4 x 4 and cosidered a Range Rover but when comparing spec and price there is no comparison the Jeep wins hands down.why pay 1000’s more for a RR which is going to be plauged with faults. A true luxury cruiser, 4 x 4, saloon fully loaded and affordable.

Had no problems with my jeep in the 2 years i’ve owned it, only the normal runing costs, tyre’s, filters, oil and spark plugs. Fully loaded with all the things you could ask for, fitted a 7″ single din dvd/usb/radio in mine, such an easy job to do.

Instead of paying hundreds to fix an electric problem I simply went to a junk yard and pulled a mechanical fan from a 98 jeep and swapped mine out. it cost me 40 bucks. I was reading other reviews laughing and had to add my own.

My next vehicle purchase will definitely be another Jeep! I’ve had my Jeep GC LMTD V8 since 2003. I purchased the vehicle with 79,000 miles and am now turning 200,000 miles with only limited repairs. I have had to replace the transmission once, the alternator once and the power window motor on the front passenger side once.
It’s a really nice vehicle that you can pick up farely cheap. 4.0s are reliable but not much power and 4.7 V8s are super fun, gas guzzling, torque engines. The 4.7L requires alot of maintenance and if you slack on it, then it’ll burn up with alot of typical issues you can get ahead of.
