Course length varies by course and age. Adult Ticket Courses typically take 3-4 hours to complete, while Junior Ticket Courses typically take 2.5-3 hours to complete.

Is Tree Top Trekking scary?
This is definitely a thrill seekers adventure, but I would recommend this for everyone. There are lots of easier courses and harder ones if you are feeling adventurous.

Adult climbers must be at least 12 years old and reach a height of 5’11”. Climbers must be under 275 pounds.
What do you wear to TreeUmph?
Wear closed-toed shoes and athletic clothing that is easy to move in. If you want to bring your phone or camera on the course, be sure you have pockets or a small waist pack in which to stow them. TreeUmph! also provides fingerless cloth gloves to use on the course, but bring your own workout gloves if you have them.
