In order to breed Pokemon, you must put two correctly matched Pokemon in a Pokemon Day Care. The daycare can be found on Route 7 – Riviere Walk. If the two Pokemon match up, the man outside of the Day Care will tell you they enjoy being together. After that, you must wait until they make an egg.
Can you put Level 100 Pokemon in daycare?
