Does SlingPlayer work on Mac?
This involves both versions of SlingPlayer: The standalone application, and the web browser version. Both no longer work with Mac computers. SlingPlayer continues to run on Windows computers, iOS devices, Android devices, and Amazon Fire devices.

Why is Slingbox not working?
If the network light is off or blinking, the Slingbox is having problems with your network. You will want to verify the physical connection to the Slingbox and restart or reset the box as needed. Restarting your Slingbox is just a matter of unplugging it and plugging it back in after a few seconds.
What kind of computer do I need for Slingplayer?

Can you use a Slingbox on a Mac?
No. The Slingbox 350 and the Slingbox 500 require your Sling Account for authentication, but SlingPlayer for Mac doesn’t support Sling Accounts. So the Slingbox 350 and the Slingbox 500 are not supported for use with SlingPlayer for Mac, nor can we help you work around this. What countries are supported with this software release?
Can a Slingbox be used as a wireless bridge?
One advantage to doing this is that you can then use your Airport Express as a wireless bridge to help connect your Slingbox to your network if your internet connection is far away from your Slingbox while still using it to stream AirTunes. Alternatively, you can connect your Slingbox to your Airport Express using a wireless bridge.
