Does 2007 Mitsubishi Outlander have CVT transmission?
All 2007 Outlanders use a 220-horsepower, 3.0-liter V6 engine and a six-speed automatic transmission, with either front- or all-wheel drive. For 2008, a four-cylinder engine went into ES models, but others retained the V6….Engines.

FYI: 2007 Mitsubishi Outlander has a 6-speed automatic transmission with manual mode. 6 speed is mated with 3.0 v6. Other parts of the world get 2.4 with CVT. OP is perhaps not from around here… That being said, there’s a rumour that four banger mated to cvt might come to NA later.

Why does my Mitsubishi Outlander make a clicking sound?
Problem could not be replicated. An attempt was made to fix problem but problem still exists. When driving slowly and turning left or right, there is a clicking sound heard. When turning the steering wheel all the way to the right or left, it sounds like a coil is rubbing against a corner.
