Travelling certainly doesn’t come cheap, especially when you’re planning to travel for at least six months. You’ll need to have a lot of money saved up in order to make your travel dreams come true. However, going travelling for 6 months may actually be more attainable and affordable than you may originally think.

We are celebrating 6 months travelling around the world. Our Love and Road Travel Project turned into a life changing experience. 183 days of happiness, fears, smiles and tears. Half of a year is gone and after the celebration (October 24th) we decided to put some numbers together and make our first travelling around the world spreadsheet.

With a little dedication and hard work going to live in another country for a few months is a dream that can be reached. Our family of four is headed out of the U.S.A for three-and-a-half months on a shoestring budget. If we can do it I’m almost certain anyone can.

But to tell you the truth, there are plenty of opportunities. Finding a job won’t take much of the time. Although keep in mind, this is not fully one of the jobs that require travel.

If you have a goal to move to a new region, country, city, or state, you need to remember that it’s very possible. You just need to arrange a few things and have a plan. And the most exciting part about a move to another country is the ability to travel extensively and see the world at your own pace.
