Dex 6 is fine to mix with Dex 3. Just do filter and replaced drained fluid.

What does LB7 mean on a Dexron VI?
Says LB7 in the upper right, so DEX VI is a no no. GM knows this, but they don’t care. When your seals start to leak they just say it was old and was going to happen anyways, and then they get you for a rebuilt ALLISON.
