As long as the red and green don’t get mixed, its fine to run either one. Toyota Red and Zerex Asian have better anti corrosion properties so those are preferred but green will work fine too. Most of us on the forum here use Toyota Red. If you do decide to go down that route, you need to get the coolant system flushed.
