Can you get a harness on a Hyundai Palisade?

Dealers (two different ones) said they could not get a harness. RV place said they would have to manually run a new wire for the brake controller. Then they said it was not compatible with the Palisade brake wiring due to low voltage on Palisade.

Is there a 7 pin hitch plug for the Hyundai Palisade?

The 2021 specs for Palisade on the Hyundai website show a 7 pin hitch plug is standard yet the 2021 Palisade Limited AWD w/tow hitch I recently purchased only has a 4 pin plug on it. How do I go about getting Hyundai to correct my 2021 to a 7 pin, which is supposed to be standard on all 2021s?
