Can I make my Prius faster?

Most enthusiasts would likely opt for a turbocharger or a supercharger kit, but if your platform is a Toyota Prius, then you’re pretty much limited to an aftermarket intake system or just a freer-flowing air filter.
Can you put a turbo on a Prius?
It is unlikely that a turbo or supercharger can be made to work with the Prius (or other Toyota hybrids). MG1 (one of the motors in the Hybrid system) is required to balance the torque of the ICE – an increase in engine torque would require that MG1 also exert more torque, requiring more current.
