any problems with Renault megane electric windows? my son has bought a 54 reg megane and the drivers window opened but will not close, if it is the regulator the garage say they will not repair it, only if its the motor is this an inherent fault. I’ve got a 2006 Scenic megane 5 Dr RHD. Had an issue with the drivers side window for months where it would only go down. I assumed the switch had died as would still go up when deadlocking the car. It went into the garage for an mot and they said the window dropped so they blocked it. Took the door card off and the cable has snapped.
