Where are the fuses for the low and high beams?

Again, the fuse box in the passenger foot compartment has relay K6 (main beam) and fuses F20 (right main beam) and F21 (left main beam/main beam indicator). Those actually control the high beams. I don’t know about the low beams because I can’t get them to work. Anyone have any thoughts? thanks again! I’m confused.
