Why wont my Honda Key come out of the ignition?
This is due to the ignition cylinder locking at the same time as the steering wheel lock. To release both locks at the same time, try turning the key while wiggling the steering wheel around. You should be able to take the key out now or start the engine.

How do you get ignition cylinder out of Honda?
I had to drill out this pin to get the ignition cylinder out. Choose a small drill bit, small enough to fit into the center of the dowel pin. Drill into the pin (it has a hollow core), then it will adhere to the drill bit, and you can pull it out.
