Why is the electric seat not working on my Mercedes c250?
Any assistance with my issue would be great. 2012 C250 Coupe, seat will recline but not incline fully with the electric option on the door. Manually it does both but wont stay in a proper locked upright position for me to drive.

Why does the seat move backwards in a Mercedes?
You try to slide the seat backwards and the seat slides forwards. The seat only moves forwards no matter which way you move the switch. This happens because the Electric Seat Adjustment (ESA) control modules (N32/1 left or N32/2 right) which are responsible for controlling the seat no longer remember the limits where the seat can extend.
