I do not have a CEL on. Engine temp sensor can cause that issue makes the engine think it super cold or hot so the computer gives improper fuel amount. Best way to check is to connect a scanner and look at the temp or use a ohm meter.

5) with one hand near injector 2 and one aound injector 5 pull back with constant pressure making sure not to bend or damage the rail. It should be firmly secured but not too crazy. If its not coming off safely try pulling on each injector individually the only thing holding them on at this point is the lower o-rings.

6) once the fuel rail is separated from the manifold there are clips securing each injector into the rail, remove the clips and you can pull the injectors out. – Put an old towel down under the rail to collect gas as the rail should be full. I remove injector 6 first and elevate the rear, then remove 1 to let the fuel run out.

I just had to adjust the way I drive it at certain times. It mainly did it going up hill or at around 40 mph at 1300 rpms. Just like the WK2 guys with the 3.6 engine. They are experiencing something similar with having to adjust the way they drive due to lack if power and not so good tuning.
