Why is my Jeep Grand Cherokee not working properly?

My 2011 Jeep Cherokee has been in 6 times now for the AC and heat. It’s always the passenger side. Warm air for the AC and cool air for the heat. It’s in right now they are say it’s no longer covered under warranty. Since its been an on going problem since I bought the Jeep I think it should be covered. I don’t know what to do.
