Why is my door handle sensor not working?
I’ll update after, Appointment is Monday. So yesterday, my Driver side door handle sensors for lock and unlock stopped working. I could walk around to the passenger side and they worked just fine. Later on, they worked 50% of the time you tried. This morning the same 50% of the time.

Is the lock on my front door working?
Well, for the past three years I have owned this vehicle my 2 front doors have the lock feature (black thumb pad on outside) and open feature (grab handles only touching inside of handle). Both of my rear doors have the open feature only. The one side stopped working like 1 1/2 years ago.

I blew it out with air and tightened it back up and the sensor seems to work fine! The window adjusts (for opening and closing the door), lights come on when the door is opened, and the onboard monitor system correctly shows when the door is ajar.
What kind of switch do I need to replace my drivers door sensor?
If else its the micro switch and it would need to be replaced with that radio shack part number #275-016A (SPDT switch w/o roller). You will need two small screws to secure it inplace of the old switch. A few days after spraying the lock with silicone lub, I sprayed it again, and gave it a good soaking.
Where are the sensors on a car door?
