Why is it so hard to kickstart my dirtbike?
Once clogged the pilot jet is ineffective in delivering the necessary fuel to the engine and starting the bike becomes extremely difficult. Old spark plugs are another culprit which might make a bike hard to start. If the plug is old and worn the spark will be weaker, making it more difficult to ignite the mixture.
Where is the kick starter on a Honda dirt bike?

Why does my car kick back so hard?
Usually when an engine kicks back that hard, it is because the valves are out of adjustment. The engine has a compression release that aids in starting the engine. Instead, put the engine in neutral and carefully push the kick start. If it moves without hesitation, the transmission, rear brakes, drive line and chain are not the issue. Put the engine in top gear and push the kick start again. If it moves and the engine starts, the engine itself is not the problem.
