Why does my seat belt lock up when I lean?
Unfortunately, once it’s activated, the belt has to fully retract before you can extend it again. If the belt frequently locks up whenever you try to pull on it, there’s a good possibility that there’s an issue with the calibration and sensitivity of the mechanism, which should be inspected and cleaned.

My seatbelt will not pull out of the driver side door. It is stuck. It won’t allow any slack to be pulled out whatsoever. Anybody ever have this problem before? Could it be a tensioner problem? It can be said that the most likely case is that something is stuck in buckle’s fame part. Now, you have to take the butter knife or anything that is similar to it. Insert it into this part of the buckle and evaluate if there is any type of obstruction. This will clear that obstruction and now your buckle would work right.
