Why does altstore take so long to sign in?
AltStore freezes/takes forever to sign-in. This could happen for a number of reasons. If you’re experiencing this issue, please check the following: (Windows only) Your Windows firewall might be blocking incoming network connections to AltServer.
Are there any refunds for sold ALTs in Minecraft?
The simple answer is no. In detail, we store all sold accounts in a database, and when we stock new accounts duplicates are automatically removed. Do you offer refunds? We have a strict no refunds & disputes policy.

AltStore says “Could not find AltServer” when trying to refresh. This means AltStore could not discover a running AltServer on the same WiFi network. If you’re getting this error, try the following: Make sure AltServer is running and connected to the same WiFi network as AltStore.
Are there any apps that never expire on altstore?
No. AltStore periodically checks in the background to see if it’s on the same WiFi network as AltServer, and if so refreshes your apps. This means as long as this check succeeds at least once during the 7 day period, your apps will never expire.

What to do when your alt key is not working?
We recommend using Key-Test. The tester is unable to determine between duplicate keys such as Alt. Make sure you test both and see the on-screen keyboard highlight the Alt key as you press them! If your Alt and Tab keys are working properly, this is how the on-screen keyboard should look like.

What happens when a check is altered or fictitious?
Several checks were deposited to a new account with the checks later being identified as altered/fictitious, the funds were withdrawn and the account has been closed with nothing left in the account. Now, 2 months later, we are receiving letters from the banks the checks were drawn on requesting reimbursement.
