Why can I not set Ulduar to 25 man?
Ulduar and Firelands raid were updated to scale from 10-30 players, so there are no longer 10 and 25-man versions of those raid. If you enter with less than 10 players in your party, you will see the 10-man version. If you have more than 10, the minimap icon will update to reflect the current level.
