Why are the power windows on my Honda Odyssey not working?

In the end of August the power windows stopped working in our Odyssey. When I dropped the car off at the dealer to fix the windows, the alarm system did not recognize the keys and went off every time the dealer tried to open the door. I brought in my wife’s set of keys to see if that would resolve the issue but it did not.
