Where is the power door button on a Nissan Pathfinder?
I bet Bavarian-engineered gremlins are more persistent and thorough then the garden variety kind. So there is a bank of buttons on the dash by the drivers left knee. One of those buttons is Power Door On/Off. With the button set to the off position the rear door behaves exactly as you have described.

What should I do if my fuel door wont open?
Open the fuel door then unlock the car. close the fuel door and lock the car. Then you should be back in sequence! if i cant get the fuel door open how would you recommend gixing the sequence, im almost out of gas lol and really need to get this door open, is there a manual way to do it? r u sure that the doors are unlocked first.

I am due for service in the next couple of weeks, so if I don’t find the solution, I will ask service guys to fix it.

Is there a problem with the liftgate on a pathfinder?
I had same problem on 2014 Pathfinder. By removing a contact from the battery for 15 minutes the lift gate control module reset itself and the issue was resolved. Put a 3 month aggrevation to rest! My 2015 Pathfinder’s liftgate will open with fob or dashboard button but then when it is totally open it beeps and closes.
